The Gathering Together
There are mornings at The Gathering Together that feel almost like a little love note from God.
This morning, I walked in and found this beautiful message left by one of our families, with Psalm 23 highlighted in the Bible. Then I stepped outside and the garden was absolutely alive with birds singing from every direction.
It was one of those moments where everything felt full of meaning—the gratitude of a family we’ve had the privilege to serve, the comfort of a familiar scripture, and the sound of creation waking up around this little house.
This mission holds so much sorrow, but it also holds so much beauty. And mornings like this are such a reminder of both. 🤍

🐝👜 THE FINAL TOTAL IS IN… $14,812! 👜🐝 We are absolutely thrilled to share that our Designer Purse Bingo raised $14,812 for The Gathering Together! What started as an idea for a fun afternoon together turned into something pretty incredible. A packed room, lots of laughs, some very happy purse winners — and most importantly, funds raised to support our mission and the guests and families we serve. One of the most special parts of the day was looking around the room and seeing families we have had the privilege of serving in the past. Seeing familiar faces, sharing hugs, catching up, and knowing that those relationships continue long after a family leaves our home meant more to us than we can say.
